- 2 in 1 Knead & Ferment - You can mix the dough and proof it all in one bowl. Just put your ingredients in and let it do the work of kneading and resting the dough and allowing the dough to rise. The kneading and fermentation time can be customized to your specific needs, simulating hand dough kneading and ensuring a constant temperature fermentation at 25~38°C for a soft and smooth result.
- 5L Large Capacity - With a 5L / 4.7Qt stainless steel bowl, our dough maker can handle a larger dough at once, easily meet the needs of the whole family. Perfect for any type of dough, like pizza dough/sourdough/pierogi dough! Particularly suitable for making Chinese bread and steamed stuffed buns. *Flour Processing Volume: 200g-1250g *Dough Weight Range: 500g-2500g/ 1.1lb-5.5lb.
- Simple Touch Panel - The touch panel allows you to easily set the kneading and fermentation time, with the option to adjust the time by touching "+-" keys. The default kneading time is 15min with an adjustable range from 5-40min. The default fermentation(proofing) time is 15min with an adjustable range from 5-120min. NOTE: The times can only be adjusted in 5 minute increments!
- Transparent Plastic Cover - The transparent cover provides visibility into the kneading process, allowing you to monitor the status of the dough. Additionally, the center opening with a small lid can be removed to add water or other ingredients while the dough mixer is working.
- Easy to Clean - The separation structure facilitates convenient cleaning, while both the 304 stainless steel bowl and kneading blade can be easily removed and rinsed directly with water. Simple maintenance, no rust and durable. *If you leave the bowl for a long time after use, the dough will harden and it may become difficult to remove the blade. Please remove the blade from the bowl as soon as possible after use.
- Use Tips - 1. It's normal for dough kneader to start and stop throughout the whole cycle. Unlike a stand mixer, our machine runs intermittently, simulating hand kneading; 2.Suggested flour-water ratio: 100:45-100:50, Recommended flour-yeast ratio: 100:1-100:2. Adding a small amount of cooking oil during mixing can reduce sticking of dough on the bowl; 3.When room temperature is below 20℃, we recommend using warm water for better fermentation results. And you can place a kitchen towel over the top to add some warmth to the bowl.
